Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that you have the following:

  • A Zapier account. If you don’t have one, you can sign up at zapier.com.
  • Access to the LLM Radar’s New Models RSS feed URL.
  • Basic familiarity with creating Zaps in Zapier.

Step 1: Create a New Zap

  1. Log in to Zapier:

    • Open your browser and log in to your Zapier account.

  2. Create a New Zap:

    • Click on “Create Zap” in the upper-left corner of the Zapier dashboard.

  3. Name Your Zap:

    • Give your Zap a meaningful name, such as “Monitor LLM Radar New Models”.

Step 2: Set Up the RSS Trigger

  1. Choose the Trigger App:

    • In the “Choose App & Event” section, search for “RSS by Zapier”.
    • Select “RSS by Zapier” as the trigger app.

  2. Choose the Trigger Event:

    • Select “New Item in Feed” as the trigger event.
    • Click “Continue”.

  3. Set Up the Trigger:

    • In the “Feed URL” field, enter the RSS feed URL: 
      https://zapier.com/engine/rss/682420/llm-radar-new-models
    • If the feed requires authentication, click on “Show Options” and enter your username and password.
    • Optionally, set other parameters like “Limit Items” or “Time between polls”.
    • Click “Continue”.

  4. Test the Trigger:

    • Zapier will fetch the latest item from the feed to ensure everything is working correctly.
    • Review the data retrieved and click “Continue” if it looks correct.
